| This product is the best fiber supplement on the market. It's simple on the stomach and performs as consistent as Ancient Faithful. All other brands I've tried give me terrible abdominal cramps and yield inconsistent results. You can also find this product at a greater discount in honest powder form, but it is not very soluble and tastes atrocious. I would recommend starting with much lower doses than the manufacturer suggests (such as 2 caplets, twice daily) and then working your way up to the much loved results. Super Colon Clean, in conjunction with acidophilus supplements, have turned my acid reflux and various digestive issues around. |

| I don't know what has happened in the last 3 or 4 years, but constipation is now chronic. In the past, a few prunes would do the trick, added fiber, etc. all to no avail; and then Super Clean came along. I take the full dose, and find relief the next morning. I t might take two trips, just within synopsis, but then done for the day!! Not anything that makes you run to the bathroom. We are all so different we it comes to this type of stuff, but from my own encounter this has been such a relief. I do not take it for ten days though, just maybe three or four. |

| I have always struggled with bowel movement issues since I was young. I even went to the emergency room one time since of severe pains and after x-rays, sonograms, and fingers placed in the worse doable place the doctor's diagnosis was that I was full of it. So, I was at my grandfather's house one day and I saw him drinking this stuff and he told me how excellent it was so he gave me a groundbreaking new bottle of it. I take it everyday and its just fantastic. No cramping like a laxative. I recomend this to anyone who is not fixed.... |

| No two people are the same, but I've always had a insightful stomach and have never had any problems taking this product over the last few months. I initially bought a bottle as part of a new fitness treatment, and my results were fixed and ... roomy. (The first few days were particularly ... productive.) Never any diarrhea, never any bloating. Just the best digestive health and regularity of my life, though keep in mind I'm mixture its use with better diet and fixed implementation. Can't recommend this stuff highly enough. |
