This is one of the best fiber supplements on the market. Not only does it contain both soluble and unfathomable fiber, it also includes beneficial probiotic bacteria and on top of that tastes fantastic. Each scoop of Super Seed contains 7g of fiber from whole foods like flax seed, chia seed and legumes. On top of that, since it's a whole food fiber, it also adds nutrition to whatever you mix it with in the form of protein, vitamins, minerals and beneficial fats from the flax seeds(omega 3).
The best part about this is that it doesn't contain Psyllium which is the 'in' fiber these days but a lot of people find that it's too harsh on the stomach and can cause constipation easily if not taken with a lot of fluids. Super Seed is much gentler than your mean fiber supplement and tastes fantastic with anything. My favorite way to use it is to add half a scoop to Lifeway's plain kefir. It tastes fantastic and is very healthy for me too. As with any fiber supplement, make sure to drink 6-10 glasses of water a day. |

| Years ago, I used to quick once a week and really take excellent care of myself. I fell off the wagon and started working and going out a lot and forgot that I really need to take care of myself. I resolute to do a clean with the Garden of Life 10 day kit. It is not compulsory that after the clean that you maintain colon health with this fiber. I resolute to take a chance and I like this fiber. I take this before I go to bed and in the morning I eat Fiber One cereal, (even if the cereal has a sugar substitute that I am not crazy about), but these in amalgamation make me feel like I am on foot on air. You will lose weight and feel like a new person. I plot on continuing use and also using the Garden of Life clean twice a year. Get it! |

| I've been using this product for about a year. I stopped for a couple of months and noticed a marked difference in the way I felt and the skill to lose weight. It's not a weight loss product but taken along with watching my diet has made a difference in weight loss movement. |

I like this stuff. I take Twice a day.as directed in the Maker's Diet. My stomach and intestines are much more pleased with this untreated fiber with probiotics. This product is selection me loose weight.

| This product really works, I have been taking this for about two months and I am amazed how much better I feel. I always take one scoop full in the morning mixed with cranberry juice. I used to have stomach problems with many trips to the bathroom... NOT ANY MORE! With this product I have no more stomach problems at all! I have less trips to the bathroom and much more energy. I feel twenty years younger! Fantastic PRODUCT! |
